UPCOMING COURSES
All in-person courses are cancelled due to Covid 19. Consultations are still available by Zoom.
The program consists of four sessions, each starting at 6:15 pm and lasting 45 mins - one hour.
It will be a small group session with less than ten people.
The first session is free. It will consist of introductions, an overview of the program, and an assessment to determine if quitting by vaping is the right choice for you.
If you decide to continue, the second session will begin with an introduction to e-cigarettes and vaping. This session will conclude with a short walk to a local vape shop where you will be supplied with your choice of e-cigarette and two e-liquids to keep you supplied for the rest of the course.
The third session will begin with sharing any issues and advice,. This is followed by a talk on nicotine: What it is and why it is so important. At this stage we will also review the health benefits of quitting to keep you motivated.
In the final session we will discuss some controversies about tobacco and vaping. The wrap up will offer you advice on how to reduce your nicotine usage and quit vaping.
The cost of the course is $280.00 with a $100 reduction for CSI members. Quit by Vaping accepts cash or personal checks, or you can use the PayPal buttons below to pay by credit card.
