 A physician-led program that uses evidence-based techniques to maximize your probability of quitting smoking.



2020 dates: 27th January to February 17th, 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm at CSI, 720 Bathurst St

The Quit by Vaping program is for you if:

  • You want to quit smoking or reduce the amount you smoke.
  • You have already tried to quit, without success.
  • You smoke ten or more cigarettes per day.
  • You are of legal vaping age (19 years or older).
  • You want to try a new way of quitting, which has a high success rate, without the use of prescription medication.
